Photo Tour
The Kornreich Technology Center, a fully accessible evaluation, demonstration and educational facility, consists of hands-on displays of a wide range of assistive technology devices, consumer evaluation and training rooms, and a library devoted to assistive technology.
Our displays contain over 300 low-and high-tech devices used for evaluation and training of consumers and for hands-on demonstration in our assistive technology education programs.
Consumer evaluations and training are performed in one
of several accessible rooms. Consumers get hands-on experience with a variety of
equipment before deciding what is right for them.
The Rae C. Kornreich Library is a multimedia collection devoted to the field of assistive technology.
In our media room, audiovisual equipment allows viewing of videos and television, internet access, and monitoring of activities in the new evaluation rooms.
Our educational programs are increasingly done through distance learning. We are able to reach a national audience of consumers and their families as well as professionals working in the field of assistive technology and related areas. Kornreich Center works closely with the Smeal Learning Center.
